BCUSBC is accepting payments by QR code (on applications) or Link.  After completing your payment, please mail or scan and email your completed application form to Erick Ziegler at etz5@aol.com.  Applications will be entered once payment has been verified. • Prize Fund Team $9
• Bowling Fee $30
• Expenses: $1.00
  = $40

Winner will receive a free entry into next year’s tournament
